Build strength and flexibility while finding peace in connecting mindfully to your breath and movement.
Friendly, accessible class suitable for most people who can get down to the floor and back up. No need to be able to touch your toes or wrap your leg behind your head, but challenging enough to give you an all over stretch and glow.
Build heat, strength and flexibility as you sweat and flow through an abbreviated ashtanga half primary series with vinyasa.
Experienced yoga practioners and beginners (who want to sweat) are welcome.
Every posture has clearly explained multi-choice adaptions.
There's no need to have a specific body type or gender for either class! Men, women and all body shapes are welcome.
Classes run on a drop-in basis.
Jenny studied with the world renouned Himalaya Yoga Valley in Goa, India. She teaches traditional yoga using physical assists where helpful.
