Anxiety is normal.  Yes I just said that!  I spent years trying to escape my anxiety, which only made it worse.  The more I pushed my feelings away, the more they pushed back, until I spent all my time pushing.  It was exhausting.

Then I learnt to change my relationship with anxiety, and my life changed.  I stopped fighting, stopped running and started living.  I used my experience to build an approach that focuses on anxiety and its related coping strategies like panic attacks and OCD.   It’s based on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), a powerful evidence-based therapy that helps you to change your perspective and move towards the things you value most in life, whatever’s going on for you.
