Step away from your busy life and enjoy 75 minutes of peace, calm and relaxation. Come and experience how healing and beneficial deep rest feels. What are the benefits of Yin and Restorative yoga?

Yin yoga is a slow paced meditative stye yoga. By holding each pose you will work deep into connective tissue creating flexibility and stillness of mind.

Restorative yoga is based on rest and rejuvenation and helps provide physical and mental balance to prevent stress and anxiety. Each pose is achieved through the use of props that allow you to totally release all muscular action, holding the poses and focussing on your breath gives you all the benefits of deep passive stretching and relaxation.

All mats and props are provided. No yoga experience necessary, just a willingness to relax.
