This early and fun use of French will make it easier for your child to learn and speak the language later in life. Come and join Jessica, a qualified French teacher and tutor, and the group. You and your child will learn French nursery rhymes, songs, poems, stories and simple words that you can use and enjoy at home during play times, meal times, bath times and bed times. Les Petits Francophones Bébés (babies) The objective is to teach parents French nursery rhymes as well as basic vocabulary, whilst the babies are immersed in French language. The class is interactive, using puppets and rattles. Babies from a few weeks old up to about 15 months (walking) can participate; they can then move to les Petits Francophones Trotteurs (walkers). Les Petits Francophones Trotteurs (toddlers) The aim of this class is to teach parents and children French nursery rhymes, as well as basic vocabulary, whilst the children are immersed in French language. There are some more complex songs, stories and games which allow the children to dance, run around and wriggle! This class is suitable from around 15 months (from the time your child is a confident walker), to almost 4 years old.
