I am an experienced qualified Counsellor, offering confidential sessions, for couples & individuals
in Dartmouth, Kingsbridge and the surrounding areas.
I provide a safe space for my clients to explore their feelings and emotions and work in a gentle,
non-judgemental and sensitive way, allowing each client to take things at their own pace.

I work mainly using the Gestalt approach, which focuses on the clients experience
of what is happening for them at that moment, encouraging a deeper sense of self awareness
by focussing on the clients behaviour, thoughts and feelings.
I am also CBT trained, which can work particularly well for short term work,
especially with phobias and anxiety problems.
I am a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy.
Cost:
Individuals: £35 per hour
Couples: £45 for 90 minutes
