Limited edition giclée prints from original digital images. Deborah's inspiration comes from music, literature, people and places, and most specifically from her immediate environment of the South Devon countryside and coastline. Treating her computer screen as a blank canvas, Deborah uses a touch sensitive pad and pencil to build up an image from a flowing line drawing, with an intuitive application of colour. She admires the work of David Hockney, and in the same way has embraced the development of new technologies. Keen to share her work with as large an audience as possible, Deborah makes her images available as archival quality limited edition giclée prints, as well as printed onto cards and t-shirts. Deborah has exhibited her work recently at The Flavel Centre in Dartmouth, The Thurlestone Hotel and the Blue Indigo Gallery in Teignmouth, and she has also taken part in the Devon Artist Network Open Studios event.
