Vida has been teaching traditional yang style Tai Chi for 10 years.
This gentle, soft Chinese martial art can be practised by people of all ages and most abilities.
It will bring back the balance to your life, helping you to relax both mind and body.

Unlike most other forms of exercise, Tai Chi will not leave you exhausted at the end of the session.
If practiced on a regular basis, Tai Chi can help improve your cardiovascular system,
regulate blood pressure help decrease stress levels and improve sleep.

Vida is teaching 24 posture simplified Yang style, this can take about 18 months
and from there students can progress to the long original Yang form.

After about 6 weeks and with regular practice you should start to feel real benefits,
but remember that it is not the time it takes to learn a Tai Chi form that is important, it is the journey itself.

Vida also teaches at Thurlestone, Churchstow and Plymouth.
