It rebalances the body bringing it into the correct alignment, creating a leaner toned body. Vicki qualified in 2006 as a Body Control Pilates Teacher. Originally training in the Art and Science of Movement she spent many years as an active sportswoman. Her interest in Pilates started 10 years ago, when suffering from an accumulation of injuries, she was introduced by her medical practitioner physiotherapist to Pilates.
