Students learn a series of set postures performed in a sequence, synchronising breath, movement and muscle control to develop strength and stamina. The sequences stimulate vital energy and the mind becomes clear and bright. Once learned, the sequence can be practised at home, using weekly sessions for adjustment and to refine your practice.
