Petra Kerridge is a mother and has five grandchildren. She has trained as a Psychosynthesis Psychotherapit, Rebirther and Life Coach; also in Reiki and Energy Healing. She has travelled a great deal, being born in Alexandria, Egypt, and has had a wide range of life's experiences.

Her journey has brought her to train with the Rainbow Tai Chi School in Ashburton, Devon. She will be starting classess in Rainbow Tai Chi Chi Kung on Wednesday, 1st October for ten weeks.

The Tai Chi Chi Kung are gentle exercises, which will help you to rejuvenate, feel more energy and relax and heal.
