Monday Class

Fact, most modern day stress arises from our worries about money, work,
family issues; job insecurity the list can be endless.
There is a way to help to manage the harmful effect stress can bring to our health.

I can show you how a regular Yoga practice that is specifically designed for the management
of stress can have tremendous value as a therapy.

I can’t make stress disappear completely, however this practice done regularly can change
your relationship with it, helping you to manage and counteract the harmful effects of stress.

Classes will include Asana (postures) Pranayama (breath work) Mindfulness Meditations,
Yoga Nidra (yoga sleep) Mantra and Chakra work.

Cost: £30 for a 6 week course or £7 drop in

Classes limited to 12 persons.

Thursday Class

Martina's teachings are influenced by the various styles of Hatha Yoga she has practiced
(Sivananda, Astanga,Viniyoga).
She holds a Yoga Teaching Diploma from the Devon School of Yoga,
and is a member of the Independent Yoga Network and the Association for Yoga Studies.

Her aim is to help individuals develop an awareness of their body's strengths
along with areas in need of development.
Classes focus on the conscious use of the breath (pranayama)
with postures (asana) to unite body and mind.

With regular commitment a yoga practice brings about a marvellous sense of wellbeing and harmony.
Classes may also contain some meditation, Yoga Philosophy, Mantra and Chakra work,
and are open to all levels and ability.

Cost: 7 weeks £35, or £7 drop in
