Lucie draws on her training and experience in different styles of Hatha yoga and dance,
creating a session that builds strength and flexibility in a graceful way.

She blends posture work and relaxation in a harmonizing wholeness,
held together by the focus on breath.

She has practiced yoga for 15 years studying with different teachers around the world,
qualified as a yoga teacher in India in 1996
and now teaches a range of courses throughout South Devon.

The class is adapted to different levels of experience.
