Hatha Yoga to promote flexibility and strength,
balance and calm

A typical lesson includes:
~ a safe and gentle warm-up session
~ postures (Asanas)
~ breathing exercises (Pranayama)
~ relaxation techniques

The class is suitable for most ages and abilities, and all are encouraged to work to their own ability.


Liz Lee has practised Hatha Yoga for over 20 years.
She qualified as a teacher with the British Wheel of Yoga, studying the Satyananda school of yoga in the UK and India.
She regularly attends in-service training sessions to further her knowledge.

She emphasises that each body is different and encourages all students
to work and develop to their own particular ability in a non competitive way.

‘Once the basics are learned, with regular practice, you have a wonderful tool for life.’
