It helps to reshape your body which will become longer, leaner and more toned. Jacqui refers to a general awakening of muscles that have ‘switched off’ and lightness of the body due to correct muscle recruitment. “It inspires a reconnection to your body and, inevitability, your sense of Self” Pilates should never painful either during or following the session. You will be carefully supported and your progress constantly assessed and exercises will be adapted to suit you.
