On-going courses on Thursdays:

Thursdays: 10 - 11 am - for beginners

Thursdays: 6.30 - 7.30 pm - for those with some meditation experience

Meditation helps us to find increased inner peace and greater harmony in our everyday life.
No formal charge, but donations in the region of £4 per session would be appreciated.

Meditative Sundays

An opportunity to relax, renew and revitalise.
A space for being,rather than doing.

The pattern of the day will be 20 - 30 minutes of meditation/prayer/reflection,
alternating with 20 - 30 minutes of gentle movement/creativity and a silent, shared meal.

Weather permitting, we will enjoy a meditative coastal walk in the afternoon.

First Sunday of each month, 10.30 am - 4 pm
