Workshop details:Calling all mums and dads!

Learn ancient healing techniques to soothe and calm your baby in a hands-on workshop. This easy-to-learn, effective method of Reflexology can be given to your baby, aged one to 24 months, and may help sleeping patterns, colic, teething, etc and enhance natural bond between parent and child.

Course dates can be agreed on an individual or group basis - Please enquire

Each course consists of 4 classes.
To gain maximum benefit from your learning, we encourage you to attend all 4 classes.

Cost: £15 per person/ per class (Each course consists of 4 classes).

Refreshments: Refreshments will be provided at the start of each session.

Parking:

The Quay car park is a 2 minute walk, on the opposite side of the road to Harbour House. It is a pay and display.
