These classes teach the classical Hatha Yoga postures, with special emphasis on breathing practices (pranayama). Ann pays particular attention to creating an aura of calm and peace in which to practice, leaving students refreshed and renewed in mind and body. Those of all ages and abilities will benefit from her approach, and people over sixty-five will find it particularly suitable.
